To the kind attention  of all Circle Office Bearers s and District Secretaries :-
Today  I have discussed the difficulties faced by the pensioners retired after the introduction of SAMPANN from Feb 2019 with Dy CCA Sri. Sankara pandi. He said that they can give the life certificate on completion of one year of retirement. This information  may be conveyed to all.
