STATUS OF OUR PENSION REVISION CASE IN PB CAT DELHI:

As informed by our Advocate Shri Gowtam Narayan, Our matter was taken up today and arguments were addressed by Mr Ghose Learned Senior Advocate. The bench was in agreement with the submissions made and observed as such as much to the respondents. However, since counsel for the DoT was unavailable, owing to some personal difficulty, the matter has been kept as ' part heard ' on 17 May 2023.

Setting up of Grievance/Advisory Committee At Dispensary Level --- Modification issued by CGHS.

CGHS issues revised guidelines for setting up Local Advisory Committees for all Wellness Centres / Zonal Advisory committees at the level of AD CGHS throughout the country to ensure prompt redressal of grievances within the CGHS system.

Dear comrades

Today (13/3/23) Com M K Bagchi, President, RTOWA and self met Member (Services) and discussed the issue of pension revision in detail.

Before that, Member (S) had a discussion with DDG (Estt) and Director (Estt) for nearly 45 minutes when we were waiting outside.

Member (S) informed us

1) After several corrections in the calculation DoT finance wing has sent the file to Establishment section.

2) Discussion may be held with Member (F) and Telecom secretary during this week.

3) After getting their opinion/clearance it would be discussed with Hon MoC depending upon his convenience and quantum will be decided as directed by him.

4) We told him that since there should be a mechanism for future pension revision and hence reiterated our demand of 7th CPC fitment factor.

5) He noted down the point of hassle free future pension revision.

This is for your information and at last file has come out of DoT finance. Let us hope for the best.
