STATUS OF OUR PENSION REVISION CASE IN PB CAT DELHI:

As informed by our Advocate Shri Gowtam Narayan, Our matter was taken up today and arguments were addressed by Mr Ghose Learned Senior Advocate. The bench was in agreement with the submissions made and observed as such as much to the respondents. However, since counsel for the DoT was unavailable, owing to some personal difficulty, the matter has been kept as ' part heard ' on 17 May 2023.
