Today One Increment case came up before Justice
Ramanujam and Justice Madhavan as item no 16. DOT Sr. Council Adv. Srinivasan
did not turn up & the other council representing DOT wanted time to argue
and sought for adjournment. The case stand adjourned for 3 weeks & posted
on 24.04.2019. Com. V. Rathna, AGS, CHQ attended & witnessed the CAT
proceedings.
