நம் வில்லிவாக்கம் கிளை உறுப்பினர் தோழர் M .கங்காதரன் ( Sr.TOA  Retd ) அவர்கள் இன்று காலை (14-02-2020) காலமாகிவிட்டார் எனும் துயர செய்தியை ஆழ்ந்த வருத்தத்துடன் தெரிவிக்கிறோம்.
அன்னாரை இழந்து வாட்டும் அவரது குடும்பத்தாருக்கு ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கலை தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.
அவரது இறுதிப் பயணம் இன்று மாலை 5-00 மணியளவில் துவங்கும் என அறியவும்.
அவரது ஆன்மா சாந்தியடைய எல்லாம் வல்ல இறைவனை வேண்டுகிறோம்.

ONE INCREMENT CASE

Came up today 11.02.2020 before CAT Madras Bench. Our council as well as DOT council appeared and argued the case. The Hon'ble Tribunal requires some clarity over application of CAT Ernakulam Judgment over its applicability to our case to grant relief as prayed for by the applicants in the OA. Our council immediately submitted copy Earnakulam CAT orders to the Tribunal. The Hon'ble Tribunal also sought for applicability of Rule 70 of CCS Pension Rules, which dealt with Revision of Pension after authorization. Hearing both side, our case stand adjourned to 20.02.2020. Let us hope for  favorable orders. On behalf of AIBSNLPWA Chennai Telephones Circle Shri. V. N. Sampath kumar attended and witnessed the CAT proceedings.

Dear Comrades,

The monthly meeting of  February  was held on (08/02/2020) with com.  Chellaiah on  chair. The President welcomed the gathering. More than 100 members inclusive of  40VRS optees attended. The branch secretary out lined the problems of CGHS and VRS. 

com Akshayakumar spoke about the circle & Branch  . He invited the VRS optees  specially to attend the conference in en-masse.

After individual introduction all the VRS  optees  were honoured with Khadi Vastram by the circle  Treasurer  and  other available branch office bearers and members. Com Kannappan & and  com.Ashok kumar explained the steps taken by our Association to sort out the problems of VRS  optees  for settlement of their payments before the Stipulated dates.

The branch thanks all those members. who instantly remitted their membership subscription .

In view of the ensuing CWC meeting at Ghorakpur on 15th&16th March, the next monthly meeting (March) will be held on 22/03/2020  (4th sunday) instead of  2nd Saturday.  The inconvenience caused is highly regretted.

அகில இந்திய BSNL ஓய்வூதியர் நலச்சங்கம் அம்பத்தூர் கிளையின் பொதுக்குழு கூட்டம் 08-02-2020அன்று மாலை 4.00 மணியளவில் கிளை தலைவர் தோழர் இஸ்மாயில் தலைமையில் மிகச்சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது. கிளை தலைவர் தொடக்க உரையுடன் VRSல் பணி ஓய்வு பெற்ற புதிய உறுப்பினர்கள் தங்களை அறிமுகப் படுத்திக்கொண்டனர்.

கிளை செயலர் B.தியாகராஜன் சங்க அமைப்பு மற்றும் CGHS/MRS குறித்து பேசினார். கூட்டத்தில் BSNLEU சங்கத்தை சார்ந்த பல உறுப்பினர்கள் தோழர்கள் M.சாந்தகுமார், V.துரை, T.S.ஶ்ரீதரன் தலைமையில் தங்களை நமது சங்கத்தில் இணைத்துக்கொண்டனர். அதேபோல் NFTEன் மாநில செயலர் தோழர் CKM  விடுத்த அழைப்பை ஏற்று பல தோழர்கள் நமது சங்கத்தில் இணைந்தனர். தோழர்கள் M. சாந்தகுமார், G.அரி, சீனிவாசன் மற்றும் பலர் பேசினார்கள்.

அவர்கள் VRSல் பணி ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஊழியர்களுக்கு ஏற்பட்டுள்ள பிரச்சனைகள் மற்றும் அவர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட வேண்டிய பென்சன் உட்பட அனைத்து நிலுவைத் தொகைகளை  உடனடியாக கிடைப்பதற்கு நமது சங்கம் எடுத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் முயற்சிகளை விளக்கமாக எடுத்துரைத்தார். கூட்டத்தில் 100க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தோழர்கள் பங்கேற்றனர். புதிய உறுப்பினர்களிடமிருந்து 80 படிவங்கள் பெறப்பட்டுள்ளன.

08-02-2020 அன்று மாலை 4-30 மணி அளவில் கனக துர்கா உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளி வளாகத்தில் வில்லிவாக்கம் கிளை  சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது. கிளைத்தலைவர் தோழர் கங்காதரன் தலைமையேற்று நடத்தினார். VRS ல் ஒய்வு பெற்ற தோழர்கள் திரளாக நம் சங்கத்தில் சேர்ந்துள்ளார். அவர்களில் சுமார் 53 தோழர்கள் அந்த கூட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொண்டார்கள் அனைவருக்கும் வாழ்த்தி வரவேற்பு நடந்தது .அனைவரும் கைத்தறி துண்டு போர்த்தப்பட்டு கௌரவிக்கப்பட்டனர் . அத்துனை  பேரும் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் சுய அறிமுகம் செய்துகொண்டனர். மாநில செயலர் தோழர் தங்கராஜ் , மாநில பொருளாளர் தோழர்  கண்ணப்பன் , மாநில நிர்வாகி தோழர் ஜீவா, மற்றும் தோழர் ரங்கதுரை , அசோக்குமார் , கிளை செயலர் தோழர் வைத்தியநாதன் ஆகியோர் VRS ல் ஓய்வுபெற்றுள்ள தோழர்களுக்கு பிப்ரவரி மாத ஓய்வூதியம் உரிய காலத்தில் கிடைக்க உரிய , தக்க நடவடிக்கைகள் சங்கம் எடுத்து வருகிறது. அனைவரும் CGHS மருத்துவ திட்டத்தில் சேர வேண்டும். என்று பல கருத்துக்களை எடுத்துரைத்தார்கள் . 
சுமார் 157 தோழர்கள் கலந்து கொண்ட கூட்டத்தில் அனைவருக்கும் இனிப்பு, காரம், காபி வழங்கப்பட்டது.
