The Appeal Petition filed by us before High Court of Kerala requesting pension at 50% of Last Pay Drawn for BSNL staff retired before 01.01.2006,  was taken up today by the HC. Our lawyer argued. Government Lawyer was 'not ready to  argue' today. So the Case is adjourned to next Friday for their argument.
