Today (11-03-2020)  bimonthly meeting of AIBSNLPWA CHTD Circle, Tirunintravur Branch  was held at 1600 hours at Telephone Exchange Campus, Tiruvallur.

The meeting was presided over by the branch president com R. Veeraswamy. com. A.K. Loganathan branch secretary welcomed the members  & other office berarers of CHQ  and CHTD Circle. He informed that as on today 273 members have enrolled as Life Members. He urged all  members to increase the life membership to 300, during this New Year 2020.

All India Vice President com G. Natarajan,  CHTD Circle Secretary com S. Thangaraj, com M.K. Atchayakumar ACS,  com. S. Krishnamurthy ACS, com. T. Jeevandam ACS, com S. Ravikumar,OS, com. Gunasundari Ranganathan OS, Annanagar Branch Secretary com Sampathkumar, Chrompet Branch Secretary com. R. Marimuthu,  and more than 128 members of the branch  participated in this meeting.

Forty Two new life members  who have come out  on VRS were felicitated with towels by our CHQ Vice President & Circle Secy.

Similarly more than 10  lady members of the branch along with com. Gunasundari Ranganathan were felicitated with towels on account of Women Day on 08-03-2020.

Two minutes silence was observed for the demise of  people who have been affected by  recent Corona Virus.

The procedure to be followed in getting CGHS facility for our pensioners, the steps taken by our circle office bearers with  CCA to facilitate timely  payment of pension to our VRS pensioners; status of court cases filed by circle; delinking of pension revision from pay revision; efforts being taken for pension revision as per 7th CPC, holding of 6th Circle conference, importance of women day, etc.  were explained in detail by the speakers.
