Heared by CAT Madras Bench today the 03.10.2019.
Nobody from Chennai Telephones attended
the CAT proceedings. It is ascertained from the Circle Secretary of TN
AIBSNLPWA, who witnessed the CAT proceedings today that Hon'ble CAT posted the
case on 07.11.2019 with a direction to file memo over the applicability of
Kerala High court orders dated 03.07.2015 by both the parties ( Applicant &
Respondents).
