One Increment case 

Heard today 26.09.2019  by CAT Madras Bench & as the Respondent Advocate expressed that he is not ready for final arguments, the case posted on 3.10.2019. Sri. V.N Sampathkumar, Br. Secy, Anna Nagar attended the CAT & witnessed the proceedings.
