Non Receipt Fixed Medical Allowance (FMA)   certification for the purpose of obtaining CGHS card is required by the CGHS authorities.

Issue of FMA certification today got resolved by our Welfare Officer at the instance of Sri. G. Selvam, GM/ Retd,. Now our AGM/Welfare is issuing FMA certification along with BSNL MRS card surrender certificate.

All our members who surrender their MRS cards in view of joining in CGHS scheme are instructed to get Non Receipt of FMA along with Surrender Certificate.
