Listed on 5.4.19 . Till 2 PM only 17 cases taken up
& ours at Sl.No. 42/43. The Sr. Council for BSNL appeared. DE/Legal Sri.
Ramaswamy also came to the Tribunal. Our
council as well as BSNL council pleaded early hearing. Case stand posted on the last working day
before vacation on 3/5/2019. Unless our case listed top in order on 3rd May,
there is every possibility of adjournment after vacation. Com. G. Ananthan, S.

R. Muthukumar, C. Gowrinathan and
L. Rajagopal attended and witnessed the day's CAT proceedings
