Thiruvalluvar Arulneri Mid school in Korukkai, a small hamlet in Thiruvarur District was heavily damaged by Gaja Cyclone. Our AIBSNLPWA units of Tamilnadu and Chennai Telephones Circle had taken the renovation works at a cost of Rs 5.50 Lakhs and the works were completed in a record period of about 3 months. That school had been made over to the School authorities in a thanks giving function organised by the school management.
