Dear Members,

Matter was listed as Item 91 today before Hon'ble Judges Shri J Hari Shankar and Shri J Ajay Digpaul. Our lawyers led by Mr Sanjoy Ghose, Sr. Counsel appeared on our behalf.

It was taken up just before lunch. The government Counsel  sought an adjournment on the ground of unavailability of the ASG due to his leg-broken.

The Hon judge told the government counsel that they have studied the case and prepared the note till 2 am. Non-availability of ASG could have been circulated through a letter in advance.

Mr.Ghose objected to the request and submitted that a large number of retired pensioners were awaiting the revision which was a meagre amount.

The Hon'ble Court agreed to post the matter on the earliest available date i.e. 18.02.2025 in the supplementary list.

              DOT issues revised order on grant of    Notional Increment.

DOT issues revised order on Grant of Notional Increment to absorbed employees of BSNL/MTNL who retired / retiring a day before it became due in any month of the year for the purpose of calculating the pension admissible regarding order issued.

            Status Update on Pension Revision

                                    Court Case

The pension revision case was scheduled for hearing today in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. However, the matter reached at 5 PM, and the Court did not have enough time to hear it.
On the basis of the 8th October order, we requested that the matter be heard urgently as part of the supplementary list to ensure it is taken up earlier. The Court has adjourned the case to 30th January 2025.

 செங்கல்பட்டு கிளையின் இரண்டாவது ஆண்டுவிழா செங்கல்பட்டு வேணு மஹாலில் 07-01-2025 அன்று காலை 0930 மணிக்கு கோலாகலமாக துவங்கியது. முதற்கட்டமாக நம் சங்கக்கொடி விண்ணதிரும் கோஷங்களுடன் தோழர் M . அரங்கநாதன் மத்திய சங்கத்தின் துணைத்தலைவர் ஏற்றி வைத்தார் . அதன்பிறகு  நடைபெற்ற  மாநாட்டிற்கு அவரே தலைமை தாங்கி நடத்திக்கொடுத்தார் . கிளை செயலர் தோழர் C .ஒளி செயல்பாட்டு அறிக்கையை தாக்கல் செய்தார் . அது ஒருமனதாக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. நிதி நிலை அறிக்கையை தோழர் R .இளவழகனார் தாக்கல் செய்தார் . அதுவும் ஒருமனதாக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.

தோழர்கள் M . அரங்கநாதன் , C .ஒளி , R .இளவழகனார் ஆகியோர் மீண்டும் கிளை தலைவர் , செயலர் மற்றும் பொருளாளராக ஒருமனதாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர் .

நிகழ்ச்சிக்குப் பிறகு சுவைமிகு உணவு தலைவாழை இலைபோட்டு பரிமாறப்பட்டது . 

மிக அருமையாக திட்டமிட்டு , கச்சிதமாக , நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் தொய்வில்லாமல் நடத்தப்பட்ட இந்த மாநாடு பலராலும் பாராட்டப்பட்டது. புதிய உறுப்பினர்கள் சேர்ப்பு , எல்லாரையும் அன்பால் அரவணைத்து செல்லும் கிளை செயலர் தோழர் C .ஒளி யின் செயல்பாடுகள் போற்றுதற்குரியது.  வந்திருந்த தோழர்களுக்கு பல வகைகளில் உபசாரங்கள் புரிந்த  அனைத்து தோழர்களின் சீரிய பணி பாராட்டப்பட்டது. நிகழ்ச்சிகளை தமக்கே உரிய வகையில் இளம் புன்னகையுடன் தொகுத்து வழங்கினார் தோழர் R .பாண்டியன். மாநாட்டில் சுமார் 350 பேர் கலந்துகொண்டு சிறப்பித்தார்கள்

இம்மாதம் அதாவது ஜனவரி 2025 ,31 ஆம் தேதியுடன் முடிவடைகின்ற உயிர் வாழ் சான்று ( Life Certificate ) பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது . இது pdf நிலையில் இருப்பதால் அதனை திறந்து பார்க்க ஒரு இணைப்பு ( Link ) கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது . அதை மவுஸ் pointer  ஆல்கிளிக் செய்து பார்க்கவும். 

உங்கள் பெயர் அதில் இருந்தால் உடன் நேரிடையாகவோ அல்லது டிஜிட்டல் மூலமாக உயிர் சான்றிதழ் கொடுக்கவும். 

ஓய்வூதியத்தை தொடர்ந்து பெற 20 -02 -2025 க்குள் உயிர்வாழ் சான்றிதழை புதுப்பிக்க வேண்டியது அவசியம். 

டிஜிட்டல் முறையில் உயிர்வாழ் சான்றிதழ் கொடுப்பவர்கள் , கீழ்க்கண்ட 

 3 வினாக்களுக்கு , பதிலளிக்க வேண்டியவை கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

வங்கிகளில் , தபால் நிலையங்களில் உயிர்வாழ் சான்றிதழை கொடுக்க வேண்டாம் .

தோழர்களே அனைவருக்கும் இனிய 2025 ஆங்கில புத்தாண்டு வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

Pr.CCA அவரிடம் கனரா வங்கியில் பென்சன் பிரச்னை பற்றி விவாதித்தோம்.தமிழ் மாநிலம் மற்றும் சென்னை தொலைபேசியில் 6500 பென்சனர் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்கள்.Sbi வங்கிக்கும் கனரா வங்கிக்கும் இடையில் ஏற்பட்ட தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப பிரச்சனைதான் காரணம். இருந்தாலும் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட ஓய்வூதியர்களின் வேதனைகளை தெரிவித்துள்ளளோம்.

கூடிய விரைவில் பென்சன் வழங்க வேண்டிய வேலைகள் நடைபெற்று வருவதாக தெரிவித்தார். வங்கிகளில் ஏற்பட்ட தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப பிரச்சனையால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட தோழர்களின் மனவேதனைகளுக்கு மாநில சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக மனவேதனையை தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.  DOT  அலுவலகத்தில் கனரா வங்கியில் பென்சன் வழங்குவதற்கான வேலைகள் வேகமாக நடைபெற்று வருகிறது  என்பதை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம். மேலும் இது சம்பந்தமாக CCA, Dy.CCA மற்றும் A O. ஆகியோரிடமும் சந்தித்து பேசிஉள்ளோம்.

விரைவில் பென்சன்  வழங்குவதற்கு தொடர் முயற்சிகளை எடுக்கும் என்று தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.

DELAY IN PENSION PAYMENT BY CANARA BANK. 
In continuation to my earlier report dt. 31-12-2024, it is  informed to our members that  PAYMENT is  likely to be made before 4-1-2025 as the manual posting of entries is  still going on. 
Most of the  staff members of CCA office  are put exclusively on this job for  last three days. 
Let us  bear this delay.

Subject: Update on Pension Payments through Canara Bank

Dear Members, 
Pensions credits through Canara Bank across all circles are delayed due to a technical issue at the Canara Bank server end. As a result, these transactions are being returned to the respective CCAs (Controller of Communication Accounts) via SBI for reprocessing. 
The CCAs in all circles are diligently reprocessing the returned cases and forwarding them to SBI and subsequently to Canara Bank for payment disbursal. As per the discussion we had yesterday with CCA AP Circle (Vijayawada), the work to AP Circle (around 1200 pensions) is being completed in batches and is expected to be finalized shortly. ( Similarly 6000 pensions in Tamilnadu, 4000 in Karnataka, 400 in UP West and so on in all CCAs). Those are sent after reprocess, started getting their credits received. 
We request all Circle Secretaries to remain in close contact with their respective CCA offices to monitor the progress and keep members informed.
