Pension revision case
DoT has filed a petition on 28/5/2024 before Hon
Delhi HC praying to stay the contempt petition pending before Hon PB CAT.
In their petition they have reiterated the same
arguments placed before PB CAT and in WP before Delhi HC.
They have requested Hon Delhi HC to hear the
petition as "urgent" tomorrow 31st itself because tomorrow is the last day before
summer vacation.
We have requested our lawyer to engage senior
counsel Shri Sanjay Gosh for tomorrow hearing.
