78.2/ IDA (Extra increment) சம்பந்தமாக நிலுவை தொகை வழங்குவதற்கு CCA  நிர்வாகம் விரைவாக ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்து வருகிறது. சென்னை தொலைபேசியில் 86 ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு மட்டும் 78.2/ IDA வழங்கப்பட வில்லை. மேலும் 78.2/ நிலுவை பெறுவதற்கான Under taking affidavit form கொடுக்காத ஓய்வூதியர்கள் உடனடியாக CCA  அலுவலகத்தில் வழங்குமாறுவேண்டிக்கொள்கின்றோம்.

FMA ஜுலை மாதத்திற்குள் வழங்கப்படும்.

5000 `ID CORD வந்துள்ளன என்றும் விரைவில் தகவல் தெரிவிக்கப்படும்.

Hon High Court Delhi dismissed the applications of DOT for stay of our contempt petition in PB CAT DELHI.01/06Ordered on 31-05-2024.

1.These are applications filed by the petitioners seeking early hearing of the writ petitions as also stay of the contempt petition initiated by the respondents.

2. We may note that the matter was last listed on 05-04-2024 when it was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners to 12-07-2024.

3. While adjourning the matter, this court had clarified that neither any notice had been issued in the writ petitions nor was the impugned order stayed.

4. In these circumstances, we see absolutely no reason to entertain the present applications on the last working day on 31-05-2024, when the petitioners had sufficient time to move such applications if there was any grave urgency for preponement of next date of hearing.

5. We therefore , dismiss the applications with costs of Rs 10000/- in each of the matters , making it clear that the dismissal of these applications will not affect the merits of the application for stay already pensing before this Court.

6. Costs in terms of this order will be paid to Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Fund within a period of four weeks.

On 30-05-2024 , Annual General Body Meeting  was conducted in a grand manner  by Chromepet Branch of Chennai Telephone Circle in Sri Ganapathy Mahal A/C hall Chromepet  at 10.00AM. 

746 Life members are there  in the branch. Branch President Com. Kannan presided over the meeting. Com. P. Arjun Branch Secretary welcomed the huge gathering. Com. M.Ranganathan CHQ Vice President, Com. V.Rathna AGS, Com. M.Govintharajan Circle President (In-Charge), Com. S.Thangaraj Circle secretary and Com. M. Kannappan Circle Treasurer were the main speakers. 

All speakers appreciated the activities of CHQ and assured their best  support to the decisions taken by our CHQ Leaders. Delicious lunch was served to all participants.

Pension revision case

DoT has filed a petition on 28/5/2024 before Hon Delhi HC praying to stay the contempt petition pending before Hon PB CAT.

In their petition they have reiterated the same arguments placed before PB CAT and in WP before Delhi HC.

They have requested Hon Delhi HC to hear the petition as "urgent" tomorrow 31^st  itself because tomorrow is the last day before summer vacation.

We have requested our lawyer to engage senior counsel Shri Sanjay Gosh for tomorrow hearing.
