To migrate from BSNL MRS system to CGHS system, the following procedures are to be followed.
There are three different forms to be produced as under.
1. MRS surrender application form. This form duly filled in has to be submitted along with MRS Card in original in BSNL Welfare section where Medical Reimbursement is availed.
2. For Mapping of pay scales from IDA to CDA. This form duly filled in has to be submitted in CCA Office, Ethiraj Salai along with 78.2% IDA merger pension revision order xerox. or Xerox copy of PPO.
3. Application for CGHS Card. This has to be submitted in CGHS Office, Rajaji Bhawan, Besant Nagar.( at a distance of Just 100 meters from Besant Nagar Bus Stand ). BSNL MRS Surrender certificate, Mapping of scales form have to be attached along with. Also Adhaar xerox copy, two passport size photos of self, spouse and  dependents, address proof copy, PPO copy etc. Please read Form 3 attached under carefully regarding the necessary attachments to be submitted.

22.02.2020 அன்று நடந்த AIBNSLPWA செங்கல்பட்டு கிளையின் பொதுக்குழு கூட்டம் கிளையின் தலைவர் தோழர் மு.அரங்கநாதன் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது.கிளையின் நிரந்தர உறுப்பினர் தோழர் S.கலைமணி அவர்களின் மறைவிற்கு இரங்கல் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. கிளைச்செயலர் சொ.ஒளி வரவேற்புரை வழங்கினார். 196  நபர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர். 131 நபர்கள் புதியவர்கள். நிரந்தர உறுப்பினர்களாக 53 பேர் பதிவு செய்தனர்.கூட்டத்தில் மாநிலத் தலைவர் தோழர் முனுசாமி , மாநில செயலாளர் தோழர் தங்கராஜ் , மாநில உதவி செயலாளர் தோழர் கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி , மாநில உதவி தலைவர் சுப்பிரமணி, குரோம்பேட்டை கிளை செயலாளர் தோழர் மாரிமுத்து , காஞ்சிபுரம் கிளைச் செயலாளர் தோழர் முனுசாமி ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்புரை ஆற்றினர். கலந்து கொண்ட புதிய உறுப்பினர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் சால்வை அணிவித்து மரியாதை செய்யப்பட்டது. உறுப்பினர் சேர்க்கைக்கு உதவிய தோழர்கள் R.நாராயணசாமி, U.சேகர், மகாதேவன், C.பூபால்,  M.K. தனசேகர்,  V.டெல்லி, E.ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் V.நாகப்பன் , K. குப்பன் , E. குணசேகரன், M.பாலகிருஷ்ணன் ஆகிய அனைவருக்கும் நன்றி கூறி  கிளைச் செயலாளர் சொ.ஒளி அவர்களின் நன்றியுரயுடன் கூட்டம் இனிதே நிறைவுற்றது.

அனைவருக்கும். தோழமை வாழ்த்துக்கள். இன்று சென்னை தொலைபேசி மாநில சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் தோழர் S .கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி ACS , மற்றும் ஆனந்தன் கிளை செயலர் வேளசேரி ஆகியோர் CCA அலுவலகம் சென்று அதிகாரிகளை சந்தித்துள்ளனர். அப்போது VRS -2019 திட்டத்தில் ஓய்வு பெற்றுள்ள சென்னை தொலைபேசி மாநில தோழர்களுக்கு GPF  sanction ஆகியுள்ளது. நாளை முதல் அவர்கள் வங்கிக்கணக்கில் GPF தொகை பற்று வைக்கப்படும். 29-02-2020 க்குள் அனைவருக்கும் GPF பணம் பட்டுவாடா செய்யப்பட்டு விடும் என அதிகாரப்பூர்வ தகவல் கிடைத்துள்ளது.

Chromepet Branch meeting of AIBSNLPWA held on 15.02.2020 at Chromepet Telephone exchange by 4.00 PM.

Shri. S. Kannan Branch President presided over the meeting. One minute silence was observed to the members / family members demised during the period. Sri. R. Marimuthu read the activity report for the period which meeting of our Circle Leaders with CCA TN Sri. Chittaranjan Pradhan on 04.02.2020 for payment of Pension of VRS 2019 retirees on 29th February 2020 itself. 

Little over about 240 members attended the meeting which includes 99 new life members (44 fully paid life members & 55 submitted their membership application). Shri. G. Selvam,  GM (retd), our Hony President welcomed all the new members with a shawl.

Arun Excello sponsored our Meeting with SKC & explained about their Mahabalipuram ECR OMR Projects which is designed exclusively for Senior Citizens & briefed through power point. Shri. V. Sunder, Federation Treasurer, Shri. M. Munuswamy,  Cicle President,  Shri. S. Thangaraj,  Circle Secretary, Sri. M. Kannappan,  Circle Treasurer, Sri. M. Krishnakumar, Branch Vice president spoke. They explained about necessity and importance of migrating to CGHS, the activities of our Association towards the welfare of the Pensioners, our just legitimate demands & status as of now and insisted for enrolling new members. The meeting concluded by 6.30 PM with vote of Thanks by Shri. C. Vallinayagam, ACS. Due to power failure,  we could not complete the agenda while includes identification & nomination of Special Invitees to our Chromepet Branch from among VRS 2019 retirees, which we will carry out in the next meet due on  18.04.2020.

Sub: Payment of provisional/adhoc pension to VRS optees requested Reg

Government announced revival package for BSNL/MTNL. As a part of the package VRS-2019 was announced and more than 90,000 employees opted and retired as on 31/1/2020.

Because of the volume, the offices of PCCAs/CCAs will not be in a position to sanction and authorize the due pension before the end of this month. The VRS optees did not get their due salary for December 2019 and January 2020 and they only expect the pension by this month-end. As per the existing orders, Jt.CCA can sanction pension.

Though Rule 64 is applicable only to superannuation retirees, as a special case we request you, sir, to issue necessary instructions to PCCAs/CCAs to grant provisional/adhoc pension (50% of LPD) under Rule 64 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 (since they are not retiring in accordance with Rule 48) as an interim measure to mitigate the sufferings of the VRS optees, now pensioners.

We shall feel highly obliged if the action taken in this regard is intimated to us.
