Pension Revision case in High Court of Delhi 

It was listed in the supplementary under item 28, 29 & 30.

The Bench rose early for lunch because of a retirement party and the Bench on its own mentioned as "pass over" after lunch.

After lunch, two other cases were argued which consumed lot of time.

Our senior counsel pleaded that our clients are aged people and requested for hearing. Hon Judge said that is why we are giving short duration dates.

So, our case is adjourned to 11/3/25 supplementary list.
