Every month CCA, TN releases a list of about 2500 pensioners DLC/LC not received/invalid.Even if we take 2000 among those 2500 pensioners forgot to submit their DLC/LC, there still remains around 500 pensioners who have submitted or who THINK they have submitted but for some reason CCA, TN has marked it as '"invalid". Is it not the duty of Union to find out the real cause which makes it "invalid" from CCA.point of view and publish how to 'rectify' them sothat this is not repeated again?
