சென்னை தொலைபேசி மாநில சங்கம் , மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு மாநில சங்கமும் இணைந்து சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்றத்தில் வழக்குத் தொடர்ந்த one increment case ல் நமக்கு சாதகமாக தீர்ப்பு இன்று வெளியாகியுள்ளது . இத்தகவலை நம் வழக்கறிஞர் கூறினார் . தீர்ப்பின் நகல் இன்னும் ஒரு வாரத்தில் கிடைக்கும். நம் சங்கத்திற்கு மேலும் ஒரு மகத்தான வெற்றி இது.
நம் AIBSNLPWA சங்கத்திற்கு கிடைத்துள்ள மகத்தான இமாலய வெற்றி !.

The anti pensioner bureaucracy will not easily implement and will wait for months and go for appeal in the appellate court. The pay aberration judgement upheld by the supreme court is not implemented yet. As per court orders bsnl had sent a new pay fixation formula for approval by dot in Feb 2017 itself. In spite of several representations by pensioners associations And by affected seniors no response from dot.We cannot expect this judgement will be implemented early.
