It is proposed to issue an ID card for retired staff  (VRS 2019 & Superannuation) of BSNL CHTD from 23.11.2020, timing 11.00AM to 1.30PM at CGM's Office @ 78, Purasaivakkam High Road, Chennai - 600 010.
Required Documents for ID Card:
1:  2 stamp size photos,
2:  Requisition form,
3:  Pension book Xerox copy..
      A seperte msg will be sent to each individual to their registered mobile no,  The actual date  and time of issuing ID card to avoid unnecessary crowd and for time management due to COVID 19 and to follow Govt of India instructions in this regard

                            PENSION ANOMALY CASE.
   
Contempt petition on pension anomaly case came up before PB, CAT, Delhi.
As usual Respondents pleaded for 4 weeks time. Our lawyer Shri V K Sharma vehemently opposed and argued against it for nearly 20 minutes.
Finally Hon CAT gave the order directing the respondents to implement the earlier judgement within 3 months time.

Pension Revision Case Came up for hearing.
Counter is yet to be filed by the respondents. So, the case stands adjourned to 23/12/2020.

WHO RECEIVE PENSION FROM 

BANK OF BARODA.

CCA TN is taking actions of BANK MIGRATION OF TELECOM PENSIONERS drawing pension from BANK OF BARODA to SAMPAAN PENSION PAYMENT SYSTEM.

ie. CCA TN office will credit pension  payment to the Bank Of Baroda Pensioners account directly. ( Like in SAMPAAN METHOD).

691 BANK OF BARODA Pensioners will be migrated to CCA TN SAMPAAN  PAYMENT SYSTEM all over INDIA. They have planned it from this November 2020 itself. So we request our bank of baroda pensioners to take note of this change. 

Life certificate has to be given to CCA TN Directly and not to             BANK OF BARODA.

 Press Statement

Department of Public Enterprises today (19th) issued order freezing Dearness Allowance due to be paid from October 2020 to the employees of CPSE. It has also frozen DA up to June 2021. The stated reason is covid-19.

The Government is giving concessions to the corporates even under covid situation.

Nearly 10 lakh CPSE employees and 2 lakh BSNL, MTNL pensioners are affected by this order.

When prices of almost all  essential commodities are increasing, freezing of dearness allowance to the employees and particularly pensioners would adversely affect their purchasing power which will have impact on Indian economy.

We strongly protest against the decision and urge the Central government to withdraw the order in the interest of our economy.

இன்று (19/11/20) மத்திய பொதுத்துறை இலாகா, மத்திய பொதுத்துறை நிறுவன ஊழியர்களுக்கும், பி எஸ் என் எல் ஓய்வூதியர் களுக்கும் அக்டோபர் முதல் வழங்க வேண்டிய பஞ்சப்படியை முடக்கி உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. அதே போல் ஜனவரி, ஏப்ரல் 21 முதல் வழங்க வேண்டிய பஞ்சப்படியையும் முடக்கி உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. நிலுவைத்தொகை கிடையாது எனவும் அறிவித்துள்ளது.
 
. அத்தியாவசிய பொருட்ளின் விலை கடுமையாக உயரும் இந்த நேரத்தில் பஞ்சபடி முடக்கம்   வெந்த புண்ணில் வேல் பாய்ச்சுவது போல் உள்ளது. இதனால் சுமார் 10 லட்சம் பொதுத்துறை நிறுவன ஊழியர்களும் 2 லட்சம் பி எஸ் என் எல் ஓய்வூதியர் களும் பாதிக்கப்படுகின்றனர்.  இதன் காரணமாக அவர்களின் வாங்கும் சக்தி குறையும். அது பொருளாதார தேக்க நிலைக்கு இட்டுச் செல்லும்.
 
கொரோனாவை காரணம் காட்டி இந்த முடக்கம் என உத்தரவு குறிப்பிடுகிறது. இந்த நேரத்தில் கூட பெரு முதலாளிகளுக்கு அரசு சலுகை வழங்கி உள்ளது என்பதை சுட்டிக் காட்ட விரும்புகிரோம்.
 
மத்திய அரசின் இந்த நடவடிக்கையை வன்மையாக கண்டிப்பதுடன் இந்த உத்தரவை வாபஸ் பெற வேண்டும் என வற்புறுத்தி கேட்டு கொள்கிறோம்.

Freezing of Dearness Allowance to Employees of Central Public Sector Enterprises(CPSEs) drawing pay as per 2017, 2007, 1997, 1992 & 1987 IDA pay revision guidelines at current rates till 30th june, 2021. Order above.

 01.10.2020  முதல் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டிய IDA 5.5% உட்பட, 01.01.2021, 01.04.2021 IDA க்களும் ஜூலை 2021 வரைமுடக்கப் பட்டுள்ளன என்பதற்கான அரசு உத்தரவு வெளியிடப் பட்டுள்ளது.

நம் சென்னை மாநில சங்கத்தின் உதவி செயலாளர் தோழர் S.கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி அவர்களின் தாயார் 04.11.2020 இன்று உடல் நலக் குறைவின் காரணமாக இயற்கை  எய்தினார் என்பதை ஆழ்ந்த வருத்தத்துடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கின்றோம். அன்னாரை இழந்து வாடும் குடும்பத்தாருக்கு மாநில சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக ஆழ்ந்த அஞ்சலியை தெரிவித்துக்  கொள்கின்றோம். அவர்  ஆன்மா சாந்தியடைய எல்லாம் வல்ல பகவானை வேண்டுகிறோம்.
