ஓய்வூதியம் மற்றும் மற்ற பயன்களை பெறுவதற்கு உண்டான வழிமுறைகளை மேற்கொள்வதற்கு முன் ஒரு ஓய்வூதியர் மரணமடைந்து விட்டால் , ஓய்வூதிய தீர்வுகளை அடைவதற்கு  மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டிய வழிமுறைகளை DOP &PW  (ஓய்வூதியர் மற்றும் ஓய்வூதியர் நலன் இலாகா) விளக்குகிறது.
